We may be turning into Foodies
One of our New Year's Resolutions for this year is to eat better. We have cooked almost every night this year and I think we may be turning into "foodies". According to the first entry in Urban Dictionary:
A person that spends a keen amount of attention and energy on knowing the ingredients of food, the proper preparation of food, and finds great enjoyment in top-notch ingredients and exemplary preparation.
Well whatever; this dish is a Ham and Egg Panini.
You might also note that I have been taking a lot of iPhone photos the last few weeks, this is mostly because I have misplaced my camera battery charger, however, I am really beginning to enjoy taking photos on my phone; it is always with me.
